I was a runner in TV back then and had discovered Sam a couple of years before IN the lonely hour came out. the nirvana EP was on repeat ever since the first time i heard it! I was working at the brits pre show and sam performed lay me down about 1 foot away from me. I still feel so lucky to have seen them perorm all those years ago.
