When i first met my husband i had become a fan of sam pretty recently before in 2014. Lay me down was one of the first songs that i shared with my husband. We were long distance at the time and the lyrics “ Told me not to cry when you were gone But the feeling's overwhelming, it's much too strong” they really resonated with our relationship and how much i missed him. Now we have seen sam twice live and we have countless memories including sam playing at our wedding.
