I vividly remember listen to this ablum and being enamored. But out if all the tracks, lay me down is my heart. I was 15 when this album came out and yet i felt like i could relate so well. I was living in a household with an abusive parent, scared what was gonna happen next and my dog had just passed. The first time hearing lay me down, just made me ball. Made me want to go lay with my dog. It was comforting to know i was not the only one GRIEVING and going through pain. Thank you sam! Xoxo
